When will my order ship?

Orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and arrive to you within 7-10 business days. Galleys and Safari Racks may take an additional day to leave due to the fact they ship freight. Awnings and mattresses have a longer processing time.

How long will delivery take?

Transit times to arrive to your home for most products is 1-3 business days to the Western USA, and 3-5 business days to the Eastern USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may have slightly longer transit times but typically deliver within 3-8 bu

Is shipping to the lower 48 really free?

Yes. All of our products, including the Low Pro Series Roof Racks and Safari Racks ship for free to the lower 48.

How do I get notified when an item is back in stock?

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
