Where is my Fiamma awning?Updated 2 months ago

Fiamma awnings ship directly from their warehouse in Florida to arrive to you in the quickest time possible. Awnings typically leave their warehouse within about 2 weeks from the time you place your order but may take longer to ship. Any longer lead times will be mentioned mentioned on the awning page.

Please note, Fiamma awnings and brackets may ship in 2 separate shipments. The hardware ships with UPS and the awning ships with a freight carrier. Since the separate shipments often leave at different times and through different carriers, the timing between arriving the hardware and awning can vary a bit so your patience is appreciated. 

The freight company will call you ahead of time to schedule the delivery so you don't have to worry about missing the delivery.
