How do I report shipping damage?Updated 2 months ago

If your order arrives with any damage, please let us know right away. 


The best way to notify us is to email [email protected] with photos of the product as well as the packaging it arrived in. 


Please send us the following info to [email protected]

  1. Photos of the damaged area(s) of the product, in focus
  2. Photos of the packaging, including any obvious punctures or marks on the packaging
  3. Order number
  4. Information relating to anything NOT damaged that was part of the same shipment


Once we have received the info above, our team will review it and let you know the next steps. Some damaged items will need to be replaced entirely, while some items may be fully functional as-is or need minor repairs or replacement components. Regardless, we understand that shipping damage isn't what anyone wants but we will do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchase!
