Flatline Van Co is committed to delivering exceptional products at a great value. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and experience.
In the rare case you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Items must be in their original packaging, or additional fees will be added for packaging time and materials. Large items that ship by freight will have an additional fee based on the return shipment cost and typically incur a total fee of $300-500. Large items include Galleys, Safari Racks, and Awnings. All return fees will be deducted from the full refund and processed to the original payment method.
Before we can start the return process we require a handful of details:
- First and last name on the order
- The order number
- Photos/detailed description of what the issue is and why you want to return the product
Once these details are gathered and you wish to inquire about a return, email all of the information to support@flatlinevanco.com and we will work with you on the return.
Shipping Your Return
We'll provide you with the instructions to ship your return back to us once you've contacted us with the information mentioned above.
All returning items must be delivered to our warehouse within 60 days from the time they were delivered. Items that arrive after 60 days are subject to additional fees based on the item condition.

Exchanges
To make a return in exchange for another product, you will need to return your original purchase and place a new order for the product that want instead.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process and appear on your account, but typically within 3-10 business days. If you do not see your refund after 2 weeks of the return arriving to us, please contact our team with reference to your order number at support@flatlinevanco.com.
