Orders and items on orders can be canceled if they have not shipped. If items have shipped, they will need to be processed as a return.
Awnings and mattresses can be canceled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. If the awning or mattress has left the warehouse it ships from, it will need to be processed as a return.
If more than 24 hours has passed since you placed the order, you can reach out to us anyway at [email protected] and we will confirm it's early enough to cancel without incurring additional return fees.
