Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?Updated 2 months ago
Our main inventory/shipping warehouse is now located in Chandler, Arizona.
Orders can still be picked up at our shop in Oregon, and most items can be picked up at our shipping facility in Arizona. Please check out more details about picking up your order at each location below.
About picking up items at our shop in SCAPPOOSE, OREGON:
- Products usually take 3-4 business days to arrive to our shop from our inventory/shipping warehouse in Arizona. This timeframe may be longer if the order ships freight.
- If you order any of the following items, the timing will be extended based on when each vendor can deliver the item: Awnings, Mattresses, Baja Designs products, Rigid Lighting products, and bike trays
- Orders need to be picked up within 2 weeks of the entire order arriving to the shop.
- Let us know ahead of time what day/time of day you plan to arrive. Orders can usually be picked up between 9am-4pm.
- We suggest preparing your vehicle for picking up your order ahead of time. Feel free to email us if you'd like to know dimensions and number of packages you can expect to pick up.
- We usually have a van or two at the shop with products installed, but we do not have products that can be purchased on site at this time and we are unable to do any installs. If you need assistance with installation, we recommend contacting one of our builders in the area which you can find here: Find a Builder

About picking up items at our shop in CHANDLER, ARIZONA:
- Items that are NOT available for pick up at this location: Awnings, Mattresses, Baja Designs products, Rigid Lighting products, and bike trays.
- Orders usually take 1-2 business days to prepare for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 1 week after they are ready for pick up.
- Orders will be available for pick up between 9am - 4pm.
